we have been frequently been getting a random error when entering an address for a delivery option. Upon completing the entry for a new customer and their address, we are prompted with a small box that displays "Error creating Web.Object"... Then after clicking past that it offers the big box about the address cannot be verified and so on. Although, it doesn't do it all the time but eventually it will accept the address we are trying to use. Any insight?
This is likely only happening on one station. So on that station go into the CS folder and run the file CheckRqdComp.exe. This will show all of the registered components for the POS. They should both show REGISTERED. Particularly the Internet/XML/JSON Services line in this case. If either of them shows NOT Registered, then re-run the installer on that station and let it update the software. None of your data will be effected by doing this.
