Hi;

We just starting using the POS system and have quickly realized we are going to need a separate monitor to utilize the driver console. From what I am reading I believe this is possible with the CS version without having to purchase a secondary license, is that correct??

If we purchased a 2nd all in one POS monitor how do we run the driver console on it and have both monitors communicate with one another?? Is it possible to have the driver monitor physically located away from the main monitor or do they need to be connected via a wire??

Yes, the Driver Dispatch module is included in your basic license, so no extra licenses are needed, and you can run multiples if needed too.

Add another computer to your network, and then install the driver dispatch (and management) components on that computer. As long as your network is setup properly, the two computers should communicate without any further changes needed. The clients all have the ability to detect the server, and connect to it. This is the default behavior making setup very easy 99% of the time.
