Error 407

Post by pedrom »

Hi Scott,

I've been getting the error 407=Unable to lock config record! Error Obtaining lock.

I solve the problem by stopping the server, uninstall server, install again, start the server.

After a few hours, the problem starts again.

Thanks,

I replied to your email about this.

Here was what I wrote:
This is either a corrupt database file, or a problem with the physical network. Try purging some old data out of the database files (order history older than 730 days), as this will force SQLite to rebuild the indexes. If this doesn’t correct the problem, shutdown everything, all PCs, and the switches and routers. Start the router and any switches first, then wait about 2 minutes, then start the server and once the server is running, start the other PCs.
Try the things in the email, and call me if you continue to have issues.

Hi Scott,

It looks like it was a network issue. The restart of routers and switches took care of the problems.

Thanks,
