Caller Id Modem Server Problem

Hi there
I am trying to configure and start up a caller ID Modem Server with V.92 Modem on COM port 1.
I started ModemSvr.exe with /L:1 /C:1 but i am getting ERROR : Cannot lock Line 1
I red all similar topics here but could not get the needed info.
if anyone knows anything please HELP

The modem server belongs with version 5 and will not work with version 6.
