POS App Closes After CC Transaction
I am constantly seeing the POS application close out without error message after completing a credit card transaction with Charge It Pro. I am seeing it at both my Pizza shop and my friends ice cream shop both running v8 and CIP.

Have you tried reinstalling the CIP software package on the machine? CIP will usually remote in, and update the software to the latest package. I am not sure why this would happen, but their app uses the same memory space as the POS system, which could be related.
Try having them update the software, and if that doesn't work, a 3-way call with CIP you and us would be recommended so that we can figure it out.
