When clicking on the "i" information button in the order entry screen, I have tried to figure out how or where I can "toggle" this to flag a "bad customer" we want to be "NOT in good standing"...
Is this a "setting" somewhere? Or is this something in an old version from the past? Or perhaps from the "Premium" version?

That has to do with the "accept cash only" or "no checks" flags. Change those, and the message will change.
You can also put a warning message that pops up whenever that customer account is loaded from the POS.
