Address problems with online orders

Upgraded to online order v8, and cs8.

Issues with online orders for existing customers:
-Delivery address prints as (Deleted address)
-Delivery instructions doesn't print.
-Order received email only sends when I uncheck (Use mail server authentication).

Disabled Api for Avs, still have same issues.

I don't know what is the benefit of having alternate address, would it be possible to disable that feature?

I tried to go back to and download pos7 with no luck, is it possible to go back?

Do you have delivery rules setup or do you allow deliveries to all areas? If the rules are enabled, it shouldn't allow the customer to select delivery unless there is a valid address.

It sounds like you allow all deliveries, and the customers haven't edited their address yet, so I will put together a quick utility to copy the primary address to all alternate address slots for your database. I will put this here on the forums sometime today.

You can grab this utility from here: viewtopic.php?f=54&t=2291

This will copy all primary address info for every customer into the alternate address slot. The OO only uses the alternate address so as not to modify the primary address info.
