1. We setup Customer with a Account Credit and enabled the feature in the Global Misc Settings.

The option is still greyed out unavailable in the cash out screen

2. Is it possible to setup clients to not take payments, or to take payments to another machines cash drawer/shift?

1. Customer Accouts/Tabs have to be enabled in Global System config on the Customers & Misc page.

2. If you don't open the shift on a station, then it will only be able to accept credit cards and gift cards. You can't have a station cash out on another station's shift report.
