Xcharge, disable previous card prompt

how do i disable the "use previous card" prompt? It's not very useful for dine in table numbers.

I found where to toggle this off under each customer account. A global setting to toggle it off/on in the future would be great though.

what's the SQL statement to disable it for all current accounts?

I'm using NaviCat for the SQLite db interface.

UPDATE customers_tbl SET flg_no_same_cc_prompt=1;


That will turn off prompting for all customers who are currently part of the database.

people seem to really, really hate that "use previous card" question. usually because they're tired, busy, and cannot read nor think. it seemed like it would be handy, but turned into lots of complaints.

Global Disable option is in 6.93

The option to disable for each account was release in a previous update.

We use the table numbers for our dine-in customers, and it was not a good option to have for "Table 24" for example. We used the number 24 for the "phone number" as the table number. It's fun to run reports and see exactly which table has made the most money.

Yes, you can now globally disable this request, as well as do it on a customer by customer basis when it is enabled globally. This is good for hotels and large offices where multiple people all call in from the same main phone number.
