I am trying to resolve an Error 9 code on my customer database. I do not know which customer/record is causing the issue. Therefore I am trying to follow Scott's guidelines on exporting the database, deleting the file and then importing the database. However, the customer import tool only seems to import half of the total fields available in the the file.
Am I using the wrong tool, or is there another way of doing this? I don't want to loose all the other data in the customer records.
Also any other help on diagnosing and troubleshooting the Error 9 would be very helpful.
