Hard Disk Scrubber Working Again

The Hard Disk Scrubber is working perfectly again, as it should, on the Windows 10 Creators Update. :P

Well that's good news. I guess Microsoft's original changes broke enough apps which caused them to change whatever they changed in the first place back.
