Yet again we are getting this message at one of our shops. Although we are now down to 16 days. Why does this keep happening? We have had a full license for the last couple of years and use this software in 3 of our shops. We have not changed or updated anything, this message just pops up for no reason. I have emailed Scott twice with our hardware fingerprint, but have not received a reply. Is there any reason this keeps happening? Why doesn't this software run like a normal licensed software programme?
I would be grateful for any input - or guidance if it's something we are doing wrong at this end.

Hi Biondes
This is a copy of the reply I received from scott.

You then need to reinstall you license key for your machine. Hope this helps. This is something that happens periodically 18-24 months, as setup by digital
river (security firm). We chose this option since most of our customers
do not have direct internet connections in their stores, which is the
other option (automatically update online).
