Is it possible to have tips by order amount percentage by default for all delivery orders?

It wouldn't be fully automatic, but you could create a discount called "Delivery Tip" and set the percentage to a negative amount. Then the cashier would have to apply this discount to delivery orders. The negative percentage would add that percentage of the order subtotal as a tip.

*Note: You will need Version 7.30.00 or later to use negative discount percentages.
