Is it possible to change the Login ID I created when using the Database Creation Tool?

Yes. Use the steps below to change the name on that account.

1. Log in with the admin account, and create a new employee.
2. Set the new employee as a supervisor.
3. Log out.
4. Log in using the new employee account.
5. Edit the admin account to your liking, and save.
6. Log out.
7. Log back in with the admin account.
8. Delete (or disable) the new employee account.

Can I make the fonts larger on a receipt Printer (T20ii) ?

You would need to use one of the extended receipt definitions or create your own. These are only available in the full versions of the POS, but can be viewed in the free version. These are found in the global printer definitions section, and are the ones ending with a + sign in the name.

The extended receipts are script based, so you can control the fonts the spacing, and the actual content that is printed on the receipt.

The regular receipt printing uses the printer's onboard fonts. There are typically only 2, large and normal. You could have it print in the large font all the time, but you would only get 20 characters across the page. The extended printing mentioned above gives you the most flexibility.
