Hey guys,
I have not long started my own pizza store in new zealand and it has hit off ok. Can anyone advise me a good dough receipe for thick base pizza bases. The ingredients we are currently using is:
10KG Flour
100Grams Salt
100 Grams Sugar
75 Grams Dry Active Yeast
350ML Canola Oil
Can anyone recommend another good recipe for me using 10KG bags of flour?
