Best way to account for staff consumptions

Hello,

I am trying to find the best way to account for the employees consumption(drinks, pizzas and more...)
How to separate customer orders from staff orders please?

I would like to have 2 different reports.

Bill staff consumption to your store's phone number and run it on a tab if necessary.

H-Man meant that you could set up your own store as a customer. You would;
  1. Create a customer account where your store is the customer. Use your store's phone number as the primary phone or optionally use a special number.
  2. Edit this customer once it has been created and enable "Allow negative account balance".
Now when an employee purchases something, have them use your store's phone number for the customer (or the special number), and then ring it up under that customer, and then cash out the order by applying the payment as "on account". Now you can look at that account at anytime to get reporting on total amount, associated orders, and what items were on those orders.

Another trick would be to enable internal gift cards, and let the employees ring it up under their own names, and then bill it to a special gift card. This way gives you less control, than an in-house tab account does.
