I installed the newest update and found that the reports didn't get updated until I deleted the file posreports.dll from my installation folder, and then reran the 6.20.01 installer. I had previously done a manual install of an updated reports module that was posted here in the forums. I also noticed that Scott mentioned this could happen in the update notes, but I failed to pay attention to it at first.
I just wanted to post this here in case others had the same thing happen to them. You can tell right away. by looking at the sales summary report. If the new columns aren't listed at the top then you are still running the old report.
If you never installed the manual reports update, then the issue won't happen to you.
