Re: Extracting Toppings and Prices from database
Thanks, Scott. I didn't explain this very well. I'm not looking to update the topping charge in the database, only to extract all of the prices, put them in a spreadsheet, then use this to calculate a new price for them, which I'll use to them update another external system (Slice). Because they hav...

Extracting Toppings and Prices from database
Is it possible to extract the item toppings and prices for each item in the database? As we work on pricing updates, we'd ideally like to extract both the item price, and the toppings/topping prices for each item from the database using the \POSPZDBQT tool, import the CSV into an excel spreadsheet, ...

Re: Bulk update of customer data
Thanks, Scott. I was able to do this, and get the customer zip codes cleaned up. The customer list now looks good, but when I did the import, I seem to have lost the relationship between the customers and their order history. When I run a customer report for some customers, I don't see their histori...

Re: Bulk update of customer data
I tried this, and was able to get the data imported, but it looks like it didn't match the fields up correctly. When I did this: -I backed up the database -I exported all customers to a CSV file -I edited the CSV file with Excel, sorted it by zip code, and cleared out the junk in the zip code field ...

Bulk update of customer data
I'm trying to clean up some of the data left by the prior owner, who used the postal code field in the customer table for notes rather than actual zip codes, which the PAX terminals don't like. I'm able to export the data to a CSV file with the data export tool, and can clean up the zip codes in the...

Record Deposit information?
I went through all of the menu and screen options that I could see, but was unable to find a place where we can record a cash deposit into the safe, such as a mid-day or end-of-day drop from cash drawer, which would then show up on the deposit report when it's run. Did I miss it? If so, can you poin...

Re: Printer on 3rd Workstation
Thanks, Scott. Yes, I did install that driver, to no avail. I'll see if I can track down who originally set up the system here, and see if they can add the printer for me.

Printer on 3rd Workstation
I'm running POS v6.92, and have 2 OS terminals running, with an EPSON TM-U220 Receipt printer, and everything is working fine with these two terminals. With your recommendation, I set up a 3rd POS workstation for the drivers, which is also working well. I'd like to be able to use this terminal to en...

Thanks, Scott. It's amazing how smoothly this goes when you use the right version.
This is installed and working well. Thank you.

Install new CS client for version 6.91
I just purchased a store running POS Pizza V6.91. It is running the Client Server version, and has the server plus one client installed. I would like to install the driver console on a new workstation at this point, then once that's in place and the team is comfortable with that, upgrade to the late...
