Future Ordering

Hi,

When entering an order that is significantly in the future (2 hours or more) the future ordering mechanism (changing the order time) works reasonably well (the ticket gets printed within 10 mins or so of the order time specified), however, if the future order is less that 2 hours, the ticket is printed immediately, with the future time on the docket.

Am I doing something wrong is there some sort of limit in the system that makes it behave in this way?

Future orders must be at least 60 minutes into the future, or they will be printed immediately. Set the time in the lower left hand side of the order-entry screen to 1 hour or more into the future.
