Problems with Close Out report - Prints 2 copies of report

Hi,

I am currently experiencing difficulty with the Close Out report.

When I print out the report, it prints 2 copies of the report (I only want 1 copy).

Any ideas how to fix this would be much appreciated!

Are the Copies (printer driver settings) set for 2? I cannot think of any other reasons for this. Verify the number of copies when you click the print button in the viewer.
