Scrub directory

Postby hutchsj » Thu Mar 05, 2009 4:32 pm

I have not been able to locate a Scrub directory, although, I remember reading something about it. After I finished scrubbing a drive, I looked for it. With the new version, maybe it does not put a scrub file out anymore?

I assume there is no where to look to see what was actually deleted?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

The Scrub directory is only used during "Scrub Free Space", and is removed after the process completes. Version 2.x would leave the files and ask at the end if you would like to remove them, but too many people were not sure what this was so we eliminated it. It was causing people to end up with all of their free space gone until they removed the directory.

Version 3.0 will remove the directory when the job completes. Should the program be interrupted and stopped abnormally (not with the stop button) the folder would still exist, but the scrubber will ask to remove it as soon as you enter the program again or select a drive that contains this folder.
