MenuDrive for POS Pizza
POS Pizza can now directly integrate ANY of the v7.x versions ([LT], [SA], and [CS]) into the MenuDrive online ordering system! Yes this works on our Free LT version too!
This integration is easy to setup and does not require a static IP (or dynamic DNS service) or special router configurations like port forwarding, nor does it require running a local web server to receive orders from.
To get started visit MenuDrive today ( http://www.menudrive.com ) and get enrolled to their online ordering service. Next contact Summit Computer Networks to purchase an integration license. This is a separate add-on license (not a node license) that is specifically for this integration package. This license will work for ANY of the 3 versions of POS Pizza v7.

Re: MenuDrive for POS Pizza
If I already have the online order licence, do I still have to buy a new integration licence? if so, how much is it?
Thanks

Re: MenuDrive for POS Pizza
This license is separate from the standard "node license".
For SA/CS users it is $175, for LT users it is $225.
LT users also get a $50-off coupon for the base package that is good for 60 days, which allows them to break even should they upgrade to one of the full versions of the POS within 2 months of their MenuDrive license purchase.

Re: MenuDrive for POS Pizza
It seems that they build a new site for us and use their platform. What about our existing customers and streets database, loyalty points? Do we still get customers full information including emails?
And how's the order sent to us?
Thanks

Re: MenuDrive for POS Pizza
Online ordering service providers such as MenuDrive and Brygid have their own databases. The customers can create an online account or order as a guest. In either case, the POS will receive the same customer info and associate it with the correct customer based on phone or add a new customer.
The rewards points system that is in-store will still work, but rewards can only be redeemed by paying in-store. Online payments will not have the option to redeem points, but the purchase will add points to any new and preexisting customer accounts on the POS. New customer data (to the POS) will be added to your current database including email. Existing customers will have their address info updated if it differs from the one stored in the POS for delivery orders. Customer data sent from MenuDrive is First, Last, email, and phone and additionally address info on delivery orders.
Menu items will be setup by MenuDrive, or can be done by you, and then managed online through the back end. Customers and other non-menu related data are not used.
The order will be picked up by the POS system in real-time and sent to printers, and make-lines just as if the order was entered in at the main order entry station. This is directly integrated into the POS system. From there you can see the order just like any other order created by the POS itself.

Re: MenuDrive for POS Pizza
Does menudrive charge any one time or monthly fee for POS integration on top of their plan?
Re: MenuDrive for POS Pizza
I believe they have an annual and a monthly plan available. There is no percentage of order fees, just the plan amount.
