How do I turn on customer account/tab feature
How does this work

I currently have PO orders with 2 colleges and several local non profit orginizations, they order using PO,s and i bill them later. Currently, we ring the sale, print 2 recipts, than void the sale, otherwise we would show a cash shortage for the day.

I see in the payment screen a account/tab, however it is not lit up and i can not figure how to activate it :?:

That is a $25 add on. If you already have it, then go to the System Config and on the "Customer Handling" tab check the box at the bottom-right that says "Use Customer Accounts".

This feature can be ordered by calling our office at either of the numbers at the bottom of the contact page.
