Launching modifier for build your own pizza

Scott,
I am setting up my Premium POS module and am trying to create a Build your own pizza item. How do you configure it so the modifier window opens up automatically so you can select the pizza toppings?

Create a button in the module for this purpose and set its function to "Add Item to order" and select the "build your own" pizza from your inventory.

In that inventory item is where you will setup all of the available toppings that you can choose from. Just make sure that the "skip modifiers on add" option is not enabled for this item.
