Telephone Number won't change?

Hello. I cannot seem to get the store telephone number to save. I will type in the new telephone number and hit save but when I return it is still the old telephone number.

The phone number is stored on the dongle. In order to have it changed, you need to call tech support. Have your customer number on-hand when you call. You will be sent a dongle update file that will change the phone number on the dongle.
