Printer feed

Post by Jose_cicispcfmcc »

When we print Time slips, Voids, Paid-outs, or prom message at the end of our receipt the printer does not feed out all of the way it stop about 1/2in before. I have to manually feed and then cut how I can fix this

Yes, go into the printer definition and see what is set for the Job End / Cut Sequence setting. For an Epson it would be set like {10} {13}. Add another {10} to the beginning of the sequence making it {10}{10} {13}. That is the LF (Line Feed) character. Add as many as needed to get the page to the desired height.

You can find the printer definitions by going to the File menu and looking under Support Data. Verify the definitions that are being used by looking at the settings used under Local Config for the computer(s) in question.
