How can I find out if my caller ID modem has FULL rights to the POS Pizza folder and it's sub-folders. I installed the modem V92 Zoom and the caller ID software and its still not working. Thanks for any help you can offer.

This is a setting in Windows. If you are still getting an Error Locking Line message, check the following;
  1. Open the Folder where POS Pizza is installed
  2. Find the folder called CONTROL inside of the POS Pizza Folder
  3. Open the CONTROL folder
  4. Delete the Files called LINExx.LCK
Once you have done this try running the Modem Server again. Remember, the Modem Server has to be installed in the Main POS Pizza folder.

Also make sure that the parameters /L: and /C: are correct for your setup.

If you still have problems, I would suggest calling tech support while you are at your computer (724-779-6390).
