Hi, we set up the callerid from whozz and it works nice with line1. But when we get call from 2nd phone line it is not showing up in pospizza. I called Whozz already and they confirmed everything is fine in their end. What should I do?

All of the call data comes from the unit to the POS the same way. If one line works, they all will work.

If you are not getting CID data from line 2, the one of 2 things is wrong.

1. There is no CID service from the telephone company on line 2.


2. The 2nd line isn't wired properly to the CID unit. Both lines 1 + 2 come over on a single RJ11 connector. Line 1 is the inner-most pair, and line 2 is the next pair (one on each side of the line 1 pair). You should be able to plug the same jack into a 2-line phone and access both lines. Also insure that you have a 2-line phone cable going from the wall to the unit. It should have 4 metal connectors on each end and 4 wires. Many only have 2 metal connectors. The 2 connector type will not work, since it is a single line cord.
