Waiting for call
I have installed and configured the POS Pizza- Whozz Calling, Call Distibutor v6.40.00 and the log files are showing the calls coming through but nothing shows up when I click on the caller id button in the Main POS Module. I checked to make sure that the firewall wasn't blocking and the exceptions are in all in place. Any ideas?

Is the CID server pointed at the correct database? Also don't open the list of calls until the 2nd ring, or use the refresh button, or auto-refresh.
