We are looking into rolling out a rewards program, however I see that customers are automatically included by default. Is there a way to change this?
Ideally we would want to EXCLUDE all customers by default. This would allow us to make entry into the program contingent on submission of customer data such as email addresses and birthdays - info that would be very useful to us for marketing initiatives etc.

There is no option to exclude customers from rewards at account creation. If you would like, you can add this to the wish list forum as a feature request.
