Question on Points

Guys,

We had a customer come in last night and order three times with us as more people came to there party. The first order received no points, the second order was a duplicate same customer and phone as well as items and it got points, the third order was the same as both before and it did not get points? The orders were placed all within about 30 minutes total so not on different days. Anyone have thoughts.

I also have the problem some customers are getting points and some arnt. not sure how to fix this but would love to know !!

I just did 3 duplicate orders here, and can't seem to duplicate your problem. All 3 orders received points. Can you see any patterns that lead to this issue? If you can give more detail on how to make this happen it would be helpful.
