For a customer go into the customer account, and add the "correct" phone number. Set that new phone number as the primary number, then delete the incorrect one from the customer.
2. Is there any way to automatically capitalize the first and last name of customers?
No, you will need to have the cashiers do this as they enter the data, or go back and edit it after the fact.
3. Is there any way to apply a discount to one item rather than the whole order?
You can do this by adding a non-inventory item then using the discount calculator that is on the add non-inventory item window. Whenever you first click non-inv leave the description and price blank, and then enter the percentage amount, and the price of the item that you want to discount in the adjacent box. Click the calculate button, and the description and price will be auto-populated as a discount item. Set any applicable sales taxes and add the item to the order.
4. Is there any way to keep track of driver tips at the end of the shift?
First you will need to be using the driver module for all of your deliveries, second to to the time clock report and choose your driver from the top dropdown list. Choose "today" as the date range, and generate the report. That driver's tips will be shown provided that he entered the amount taken for cash orders correctly at the driver console.
5. Is there any way to modify an order after the driver has checked out and back in?
You can not modify an order once it has been cashed out. You can void it, and then create a duplicate order by importing the voided order and then modifying that order to taste. Warning: This will alter what the driver owes you for the shift.
6. Is there any setting to print multiple receipts if the order has multiple items?
You can print up to 4 receipts per station. These receipts are based on the time in the order cycle (initial order input, edit, cash out), and not the number of items. You can enable prompting however and get receipts when desired for each order.

7. Any way to autopopulate fields that are always the same like city and zip?
Yes, by first setting up your zipcode database for zipcodes in your area, and then second by setting up the streets database and assigning the streets to a zipcode. When this is done, and you set the option for "force database street", all you need to type in is the house number, and start typing in the street until it autocompletes. Tab off of the street, and the city, state, and zip will be populated automatically.
8. We are getting an invalid character error when we go into Google Maps from driver screen.
We are aware of this problem. Google made some changes on their end, and the embedded browser (which is what POS Pizza uses) doesn't like them. We are changing this to work with another provider in the next update which should be available in a few days. In the future we may allow you to choose providers and even use an external browser like firefox or chrome.
