Setting POS printer EPSON TM88II
Re: Setting POS printer EPSON TM88II
Try using the "Generic / Text Only" printer driver instead. Is this a printer that is formatted in ANSI English? It appears that it may be using a different character set, but could be a driver issue too.
In the local config, select Epsom TM88 thermal on the left side drop down, and then select the Generic / Text Only on the right side drop down.

Re: Setting POS printer EPSON TM88II
You will likely only be able to do this with one of the graphical types. The graphical slip printer types are only supported in the full version.
For now, try using the 8.5 x 11 graphical, or 5.5 x 8.5 graphical sizes with a standard page printer. See if the characters print correctly there. Graphical printing should work because it is based on the font selected and is WYSIWYG.
Another option would be to remap the character set on your printer's flash memory to match the characters being sent by the POS / Windows. This would take some time, and be cumbersome, but it would work. POS Pizza sends the basic ANSI character set, so there are only 255 characters in this set including special chars like line feeds and carriage returns.

Re: Setting POS printer EPSON TM88II
Ok
I could choose GRAPHICAL 5.5X8.5
Print out properly.
I will be happy to explain how to use the Epson printer, including paper cutting end.
What should I do?
I added a picture of the printed output.
Thanks,
Eliran

Re: Setting POS printer EPSON TM88II
I think the next step would be for you to try the DEMO for the full version of the software, since it supports additional print modes which the free version does not. I will send you links to download the demo version via email. When you get that version installed, try any of the Enhanced Graphical slip printing modes. They should work on your slip printer, and be able to operate the auto-cutter.
