I just wanted to confirm something for the lazy customers report. The wording throws me off when I look at the choices, but I am sure it is doing what is expected. The report options say:
1 - 30 days or more between purchases
2 - 60 " "
3 - 90 " "
4 - 30 to 60 days between purchases
5 - 60 to 90 " "
I am looking to run a report that will go from TODAY and look at customers that have not ordered in the last 30-60 days and the last 60-90 days. So for this, I would run number 4 and 5. I just want to confirm that this uses the range starting TODAY and not an arbitrary: "is there ANY TIME PERIOD where this customer waited 30 to 60 days between purchases"
Thanks!

Re: Lazy customers
It uses TODAY and the previous 2 order dates. Both SPANS (TODAY to DATE1, DATE1 to DATE2) are tested. If either is within range, then the customer label is printed. **Only customers with 2 or more orders are printed using the "Lazy" setting. For customers with only 1 order use the "New" setting.

Re: Lazy customers
Customer mail labels in the reports section.
Re: Lazy customers
...any report that outputs mail labels should have an option to build a csv delimited file so that we can do this via email.
