Need absolute price vs discount in pricing Schemes

Postby tfickle » Sun Jun 03, 2012 3:26 pm

In our Pricing Scheme we need to be able to see the the second pizza as an absolute price vs a discount price. The second pizza will always be the same price no matter the toppings. The feature in the Pricing Scheme that allows the system to automatically determine the lowest cost item and when the scheme applies is desirable as the other option we have right now is to create a new master item at the price set for the second item and the the order taker would need to determine when to apply this item. Automatic is much more preferred.

The only pricing schemes offered are standard flat pricing with optional price modification whenever toppings are added or removed along with special pricing on certain days of the week. POS Pizza also offers the X for Y or buy X, get Y for ___ off (percentage or fixed amt).

...also, I would post this in the wish list since others may use a similar scheme and it will get looked at as a possibility on future updates.
