c/c problems

Post by durbancic »

Scott,

Just something that you should know for the c/c x-charge system. When a c/c order is taken, someone can put the c/c number in the authorization box instead of clicking on the green check box. When this happens, the expiration date is not asked for & the card will look like it "approves" through pos pizza, but it will not go through x-charge. Is there a way to disable the use of the authorization box? Or a workaround for this?

Thanks,

Dan

Click Here to download a zip file containing an updated copy of POSMain1.dll. Place the dll file into your main POS Pizza folder replacing the one that is already there. All copies of the program will need to be exited before attempting to replace the file.

The changed dll file will cause the Auth field in the CC payment area to be grayed out whenever the x-charge is being used. If you are not using x-charge internal processing then you will see no changes.

It worked like a charm, simple install. I recommend this for anyone using x-charge
