Does anyone have a suggestion on how to have the servers/waitresses handle their money? We have a full service restaraunt but we need Ideas on whether
1) The orders should be cashed out, as the waitresses receive the money from the customers,
or
2) Pay for all of their orders at once at the end of their shift similar to the way drivers do? There is a total for the waitresses, on the sales report that can be used for this purpose.
But just wanted to see how others handle it, and/or a better way of doing this.
ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS WILL BE APPRECIATED
