Customer's previous orders

I was wondering how you can look up a customer's previous order.

Begin a new order for the customer. Next click on the small button next to the customer's name at the top of the screen (looks like a hand holding a paper). This will bring up the history for that customer. You can then view or duplicate their previous 3 orders.

I have done that and I don't see anything that shows previous orders. Please advise.

Make sure that you are clicking the button that is in between the customer name and phone fields at the very top of the main order entry screen. This button is all by itself, and not in the group of 4 buttons.

Once you do the bottom half of the window that opens shows the previous 3 orders. There is a "View" and "Duplicate" button next to each order as well as the order number and date of the last of each of these 3 orders.
