duplicate ticket number.

On the dialy report the ticket is getting duplicated, for example the ticket number start from 1-20 but it duplicate the ticket from 1-10. I observe this only one day only and I don't see it repeated, how do I remove the duplicated ticket from the report.

You cannot remove it at this point. It sounds like your current order file PizzOrdr.PZ5 as become corrupted. This can happen for any number of reasons including just poor network response (usually found in wireless LANs), to a bad network card, or memory chip on one of your computers.

I suggest doing the following.
  1. shutdown all PCs except the main when it is time to run Daily Maintenance
  2. run the daily maintenance from the main station (server, where software was installed)
  3. open "My Computer -> C: -> Program Files -> POS Pizza -> DATA" and delete the file "PizzOrdr.PZ5" after maintenance has completed.

If this problem still continues, run the "NoCache" program one time on each computer in your network. The NoCache program can be found on the POS Pizza CD.
