Lazy Customer Reports

The same customers are showing on the 30, 60 and 90 day reports. I want to mail postcards with different offers tailored to the three different reports. iFor example, my offer for the customers that haven't ordered in 90 days will be more aggressive than than for the one's that haven't ordered in 30 days. The problem like I said is that when I run the 30 day report, I'm getting the 90 day lazy customers on there as well. Is their anything I can do about this or is it a flaw in the program? I believe that the reports show customer's who haven't orderd in more than x days. So naturally the 60's and 90's will show on the 30's list. I will see about a 30-60 and a 60-90 filter set addition during our reports update that we will be releasing in the next few weeks.

That would be a great asset to have. This way you would be able to seperate the three groups of customers and market differently to them. You will be able to offer the 30 day lazy customers a small offer to get them to order again, a moderately generous offer to the 60 day lazy customers and "give away the house" so to speak to the customers who haven't ordered in 90 days. It would be a very valuable tool to be able to seperate these customers. Hopefully a filter set addition will be added with your next update like you mentioned. That would be great.
