Ok, I don't know what I did, but I installed some of your utilities and now when I open the POS all buttons are grayed-out and I cannot do anything including closing the POS. Any ideas? Thanks.
Yes, whenever the employee database is "enabled" you must LOG IN to the system in order to gain access to those buttons. The time-clock buttons and log in button will not be greyed out.
