Out Bound Call Id Not working

I am running pos 4 with a whozz calling system, it tracks in bound calls but not out bound. It work for awhile and now does not. Any ideas how to fix this.

Make sure that in the Caller ID Config (Management Utility) that it is set to track "both" inbound and outbound.
