I have a lot of drivers on at weekends, and it's not unknown for them to sign out the wrong order, or sign out one order when they should be signing out two.
If a driver signs out the wrong order, or signs out one instead of two, is there any way to unassign it and put it back in the queue, without assigning the original order to another driver? I've found workarounds, but it messes with my times and figures, and I could really do with finding a way to simply put the order back in the delivery queue as if it had never been signed out.
Thanks
James

Re: Driver singing incorrect order out
Have the driver check back in, but UNCHECK the order so it goes back to undelivered. He can then check that order back out again along with any others, or you can assign it to NONE once it has been checked back in.

Thanks, Scott. That makes perfect sense, and works exactly as it should.
