Hello,
I cant get our kitchen printer working. I have confirmed that the printer is properly installed in Windows, that POS Pizza can print to the printer as a receipt printer if configured in Global System Config , that the 1st make line is set to line 1 on the item page and that the printer filter is set to Make-Line 1 for the second printer on the Reciept Printer Settings in Local Machine Config. What am I missing?

I have also tried going into the local configurations and selecting Graphical Kitchen I + and Graphical Kitchen II + for the receipt printer type. Still nothing is sent to the printer when an order is submitted.

Please advise. We open on Wednesday and i need to get these printers working!!!

Set the printer driver to your printer's driver in the local config. In the global config make sure that printing isn't disabled.
As a test set the same settings for printer 1 and printer 2 because they can be set to print at different points in the order.
