No deleted item in description

Post by pudgebros »

Hello,

I'm new to POS Pizza and am in the process of setting up my menu items. Things were rolling along very smoothly......until I noticed this. When I'm entering a new item on an order and I add an additional item that is non typical alls good. It shows up on my order description as w/exmozz(example). But if I subtract an ingredient from and item it doesnt show up in the order description as wo/bac(example).

I've tried a couple of times to identify the issue but to date I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Thanks JM

Hello,

When removing a "removable standard" topping the data that is saved into the "Exclude Name" field will be used. Exclude Name field is on the master item for the topping in question.

If you had a sandwich that included tomatoes, you would set that topping as a removable standard, and then set the exclude name to something like: No Tom or No Tomatoes. This will then show up in the item description whenever that topping is removed.
