Override Price Manually

Is it possible to override the final amount owed manually. Say for example, a customer is not satisfied and I want to change what they owe from $20 to $15. Is there any way it can allow me to just type that in? Thanks!

You can do 1 of 2 things. First (best), use a customer credit for $5 for the example that you stated. Add the credit to the customer's account, and when you edit the order, save it and you will be prompted to apply the credit to the order. Now only the remainder will be due.

The second way would be to use a negative non-inventory item added to the order in the amount of -$5 (negative). This will lower the total by that amount.
