The delivery charges are extremely flexible, and described in detail beginning at the bottom of page 35 in the POS Pizza 6 Manager's Docs. If you have only a single fee (flat), you can set a default delivery rule, and set the fee in that rule. If your fees are based on streets, house numbers, cities, zip codes, etc, then you want to read the docs describing the delivery fee setup and how the multiple rules work.

For 2 Pizza's for some set price, you can do a few things. First would be to create a group, and then add the 2 pizzas, and then add a negative priced non-inventory item to as an offset to arrive at your desired total ($29). Lock the non-inventory item, so that it cannot be edited and then save the group. When this group is added to an order, all 3 items appear at once. If any one of the three are deleted, the others will be also.

Another way would be to use the buy 1 get 1 at ?? % off for the pizza(s) in question. You will need to add 2 to your order, and tweak the % amount until you get the desired effect.

Of these 2, the group is usually much easier. Both require either the [SA] or [CS] version.
