Cannot unlock Street Names

Guys,

Anyone now why all out streets are locked and new ones cannot be added it only uses the existing ones. I have insured the check box for "Force Street Database only" is not checked but I will try yo type one in and it is locked then go into manger and there will be a check in the box for force Street Database and I remove it and then it's back in for the next order.

Exit all of your stations. Enter the Management Utility directly (do not launch from main POS). Change the setting, save and exit. Start the other stations.

It seems that something somewhere else was saving the global config but with an outdated copy.
