CC Error on one of our machines

I am having some error with charge it pro Im sure it is a easy fix but I cant figure it out I reinstalled the ccp app and reinstalled pos pizza here is a screen shot of it

That error is something that you will have to call them about. I have never seen it, and it sounds like a file is missing or not visible on their server by the looks of the message.
