All of our testing is completed. I'd like to reset all sales etc to zero before going live. Is there an easy way to perform this?

Hi Jason, use the following steps to reset all sales data.

- Exit all running copies of POS Pizza and any associated programs such as caller ID servers, make-lines, print servers, etc.
- Log into the management utility directly from the desktop (not from within Main Module) with your super user account
- Select Maintenance
- Select DB Maintenance Tool
- Place a check in the Reset Customer Totals 'ever' Stats box
- Place a check in the Reset Toppings Last Added/Counted box
- Place a check in the Reset Item Sold Amount/Date Stats box
- Place a check in the Purge Time Clock Data box
- Place a check in the Purge Order History box
- Place a check in the Purge Order Edit Log box
- Place a check in the Purge Inventory Add/Count Log box
- uncheck the Older Than - Days box on the Purge Time Clock Data line.
- uncheck the Older Than - Days box on the Purge Order History line.
- uncheck the Older Than - Days box on the Purge Order Edit Log line.
- uncheck the Older Than - Days box on the Purge Inventory Add/Count Log line.
- Cllick the Process Selected Button.
